Anna Vladi is a blockchain and fintech innovator with over 15 years of experience spanning Wall Street, biotech, pharma, and federal technology systems, and more than 7 years leading advancements in DeFi and zero-knowledge technologies. She has delivered complex systems for Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies, and since 2018 has shaped the blockchain ecosystem through publishing technical research, building prototypes, designing products, and driving go-to-market strategies while also educating and organizing communities and hackathons. As the founder of METL, she leverages zero-knowledge technology to enable seamless, autonomous fiat-to-multichain transactions, and she established KVADRAT to provide the accounting, compliance, and operational frameworks needed to support the growing number of ventures she has built or advised.

Senior Advisor

Amina Turgulova is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in capital markets, financial infrastructure, and digital assets. She has held senior leadership roles at the Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, and major global organizations, driving market development, regulatory strategy, and international partnerships. In the U.S., Amina has served as Senior Advisor to former Vice Chairman of Nasdaq, and as a regulatory advisor to the Global Blockchain Business Council, engaging with global standard setters such as IOSCO, the Financial Stability Board, and the BIS. She also played a key role at Solidus Labs, shaping policy agendas and building the Crypto Market Integrity Coalition. With deep expertise spanning regulation, tokenization, business development, and cross-border stakeholder engagement, Amina is widely recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
